QuickClose Home Buyers started in Buffalo, NY in 2015 with one promise: give homeowners a fair cash price, close on their timeline, and never charge a fee. A decade and 2,000+ closings later, that's still exactly how we work.
Our story
Built by people who've owned distressed houses themselves.
QuickClose wasn't started by Wall Street capital or by tech founders who'd never owned a house. It was started by a small team of real estate operators who'd been on the seller's side of a foreclosure, an inherited probate, and a divorce sale.
We knew firsthand how broken the "cash for houses" industry was — lowball offers, last-minute renegotiations, contracts assigned to strangers, no accountability. So we built the opposite: a company that closes in its own name, with its own money, and that you can find on public record in every county where we've ever bought.
We don't take on outside investors who demand impossible margins. We don't flip your contract. We don't pressure you to sign in 24 hours. The result is offers that are usually 3–7% higher than typical "we buy houses" operators — and a process that doesn't feel slimy.

We wire 1–3% earnest to a licensed title company the moment you sign. No deal is "real" until our money is on the line — and we put ours up first.
We close in our name
Most "we buy houses" companies are wholesalers — they flip your contract to an unknown third party. We're the actual buyer. Our LLC takes title, our team renovates, our money funds the close.
